Multifaceted and result-oriented leader with expertise in public policy and driving growth across Middle East
I am an economist and policy strategist with over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of government, consulting, and regulated industries across the GCC.
My work focuses on helping governments design and implement policies that deliver measurable economic and social impact—from GDP growth and job creation to reductions in non-communicable diseases.
Most recently, I served as Director of Healthy Living Intelligence at the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, where I led the development and execution of the Emirate’s Healthy Living Strategy, covering ~4 million residents. I worked closely with senior government leadership to design and implement interventions across physical activity, nutrition, and behavioral health, and oversaw performance management and impact evaluation systems across 20+ initiatives and 10+ entities.
Previously, I led Economic Analytics & Impact Evaluation at Strategy&, where I built impact evaluation functions, developed macroeconomic frameworks, and advised GCC governments on national strategies and public investment decisions. I have also worked in regulatory strategy at Rain and as a Project Leader at BCG, giving me a 360° perspective across government, advisory, and private sector engagement.
I am currently taking a deliberate career break to reflect on the next phase of my career and explore opportunities aligned with high-impact policy, economics, and strategy work.
I am particularly interested in:
– Public policy and economic strategy
– Impact evaluation and evidence-based policymaking
– Productivity, growth, and fiscal sustainability
Open to conversations and opportunities across government, advisory, and high-impact roles.proaches that leverage data, analytics, and evaluation to create lasting, measurable change.
